1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindFi (findfi.org), operated by FindFi LLC, a Florida limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Platform Description

FindFi is a job marketplace connecting employers with talent in the finance and cryptocurrency industries. Employers may post job listings and browse talent profiles. Job seekers may create profiles and apply for positions. FindFi acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.

4. Job Posting Rules

Employers who post jobs on FindFi agree to the following:

• All job postings must be for legitimate, lawful employment opportunities
• Postings must not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Postings must accurately represent the role, compensation, and requirements
• Spam, duplicate, or misleading postings are prohibited
• FindFi reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these rules without notice or refund

5. Payments & Refunds

FindFi offers tiered job posting plans: Free, Standard ($49), and Premium ($99). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Paid postings are billed at the time of purchase
• All sales are final — no refunds will be issued once a job has been posted
• If a posting is removed by FindFi for a terms violation, no refund will be provided
• Prices are subject to change; existing purchases will be honored at the original price

You agree to provide accurate billing information. FindFi does not store your full payment card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, job postings, resumes, etc.). By posting content on FindFi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the platform.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Containing malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

FindFi may remove any content that violates these terms at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The FindFi name, logo, website design, software, and all related materials are the property of FindFi LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any FindFi materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

FindFi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or talent profiles. We do not vet, endorse, or verify employers or candidates. Users interact at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindFi LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to FindFi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of FindFi after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
